Clean
Burn’s used oil burner technology
is in a league of its own. Unlike most
used oil furnaces, Clean
Burn’s oil burner has been engineered
from the ground up specifically to
burn used oils.
Many manufacturers employ modified
or retrofitted conventional Beckett
fuel oil burners. They are outstanding
when used with standard fuel oil, but
are much more susceptible to nuisance
flameouts, or shutdowns. Unlike standard
fuel oil, waste oils have a higher
flash point and must be pre-heated
in order to ignite properly . Clean
Burn’s
advanced burner design features a pre-header
block, ignition system, and special
retention head, that makes it the best
burner in the industry.

Swing-away
burner design provides quick, easy access
to the combustion chamber. No
need to disconnect oil, air and electrical
lines. This unique modular design makes service
faster and easier.

A key component
of the Burner Assembly is the Pre-Heater
Block. It heats the oil
and air supply to deliver consistent
temperature and oil viscosity
to the nozzle, insuring a complete
combustion.
|
  |
The
mixture is ignited at the burner retention head,
where additional combustion air is added, which
swirls in a carefully calculated pattern to maximize
combustion efficiency and help make flame control
easier. The special retention head creates
more air turbulence at the point of ignition
to generate a larger, more efficient flame, making
operation more reliable and more forgiving for
burning used oils.
