Steps to recondition the cabinet:

  1. Clean the combustion chamber and heat exchanger tubes.
  2. Inspect the combustion chamber including the clean out door and breach for cracks or holes and make the appropriate repairs.
  3. Inspect the heat exchanger tubes for holes and cracks and replace them if necessary. The tubes are swedged according to factory specifications rather than welded.
  4.  Inspect the door insulation board and replace if necessary.
  5. Install new rope gasket on the clean out door and the burner opening.
  6. Inspect the electrical wiring and replace if necessary.
  7. Inspect the fan limit switch and replace if necessary.
  8. Install new high limit switches.
  9. Inspect and test the fan/blower and replace if necessary.
  10. Install a new accumulator block on the cabinet.
  11. Install a new energy retention disk or target.
  12. Inspect, clean, and touch up the exterior of the cabinet.

Steps to recondition the burner:

  1. Completely disassemble the burner.
  2. Completely dissemble all parts including per-heater block, regulators, and solenoids and clean in a high powered ultrasonic parts washer.
  3. Inspect and clean burner blower wheel and motor. Replace if necessary.
  4. Reassemble the burner.
  5. Install a burner service kit including the following new parts: nozzle, electrode, regulator and solenoid kits.
  6. Install the following new parts: primary control, transformer, cad cell, air pressure switch, proving switch, electrical terminal strip, air gauge, oil gauge, green light, amber light, and hour meter.
  7. Test fire the burner and adjust all settings to factory specifications.
  8. Cycle the burner to insure proper operation.

Steps to recondition the pump:

  1. Completely disassemble the pump.
  2. Clean all the parts including the internal filter screen. Replace if necessary.
  3. Replace the pump head gasket.
  4. Reassemble and test the pump for proper operation. Replace motor and/or pump head if necessary.

  1. Barometric damper.
  2. Thermostat.
  3. Check valve and screen.
  4. In-line canister filter.
  5. Vacuum gauge.
  6. Accumulator block air and oil lines.
  7. Operator’s manual.

 

All reconditioned units carry a one year parts warranty.
