
Reconditioned furnace cabinet
Steps to recondition the cabinet:
- Clean the combustion chamber and heat exchanger tubes.
- Inspect the combustion chamber including the clean out door and breach for cracks or holes and make the appropriate repairs.
- Inspect the heat exchanger tubes for holes and cracks and replace them if necessary. The tubes are swedged according to factory specifications rather than welded.
- Inspect the door insulation board and replace if necessary.
- Install new rope gasket on the clean out door and the burner opening.
- Inspect the electrical wiring and replace if necessary.
- Inspect the fan limit switch and replace if necessary.
- Install new high limit switches.
- Inspect and test the fan/blower and replace if necessary.
- Install a new accumulator block on the cabinet.
- Install a new energy retention disk or target.
- Inspect, clean, and touch up the exterior of the cabinet.

Reconditioned furnace burner
Steps to recondition the burner:
- Completely disassemble the burner.
- Completely dissemble all parts including per-heater block, regulators, and solenoids and clean in a high powered ultrasonic parts washer.
- Inspect and clean burner blower wheel and motor. Replace if necessary.
- Reassemble the burner.
- Install a burner service kit including the following new parts: nozzle, electrode, regulator and solenoid kits.
- Install the following new parts: primary control, transformer, cad cell, air pressure switch, proving switch, electrical terminal strip, air gauge, oil gauge, green light, amber light, and hour meter.
- Test fire the burner and adjust all settings to factory specifications.
- Cycle the burner to insure proper operation.

Reconditioned furnace pump
Steps to recondition the pump:
- Completely disassemble the pump.
- Clean all the parts including the internal filter screen. Replace if necessary.
- Replace the pump head gasket.
- Reassemble and test the pump for proper operation. Replace motor and/or pump head if necessary.

- Barometric damper.
- Thermostat.
- Check valve and screen.
- In-line canister filter.
- Vacuum gauge.
- Accumulator block air and oil lines.
- Operator’s manual.
All reconditioned units carry a one year parts warranty.
